According to US TODAY, transgender people should be given the title of ‘Woman of the Year’

One of the world’s largest circulation dailies has nominated Dr. Rachel Levine, Under Secretary of State for Transgender Health and Human Services (HHS), for this title. The nomination was justified because Levine is inspirational and fights for equality.

With the nomination, Levine was added to the list of honorees, which included Melinda French GatesAnd Simone Biles And Kamala Harris The vice president is also included.

In addition to publishing the list, the news portal also defined nomination criteria:
