Thanks to the vaccination certificate, we will be able to lift most of the restrictions that we put in place to curb the epidemic in February

Prime Minister said.

From the age of 16 a certificate of vaccination must be presented as of Monday in public places for more than 50 people, In sports facilities, cultural institutions, cinemas, theaters, concert halls, restaurants, hotels, trains, coaches and domestic flights.

The certificate of vaccination, valid for three doses, replaces the document certifying protection against the virus (certificate of vaccination or negative test not older than 24 hours), which has been in effect since August. In the future, a negative test will not be enough to enter public places except for healthcare facilities.

The law mandates the use of a certificate of vaccination from the age of 16, as parental consent is not required to take the vaccination from the age of 16. For those between the ages of 12 and 15, it is still sufficient to provide proof of protection. However, the government also allows a third dose for those aged 12-17, but not on a mandatory basis.
