SNS, a member of the government coalition, recently appointed Kotlar to the position of government commissioner responsible for investigating the coronavirus epidemic. The politician prepared a report in which, in addition to banning mRNA vaccines, he made statements such as
That the outbreak was actually a “bioterrorism operation” and a “fabricated operation” aimed at endangering human health and testing the gullibility of the population.
On the Kotlár issue, not only the opposition spoke out, but also representatives of scientific life. Researchers at the Institute of Virology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences expressed concern about these unfounded claims.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Fico assured Kotlar of his additional support. He agreed with the view that the World Health Organization should not direct measures against the epidemic. According to the Prime Minister, a more comprehensive investigation should also be conducted.
