Something terrible happens and Anne calls her friends to help rescue Miss Stacy. After the fight, they want to send Miss Stacy out of school, so they call a meeting of the residents of Avonlea. In particular, Rachel Lind fights against Miss Stacy, and because of this issue, they also fight with Marilla. Meanwhile, Anne and her friends figure out how to rescue Miss Stacy so she can stay in Avonlea. To do this, they travel to Charlottetown, where Aunt Josephine finds a solution to their problem, as well as Cole's. Sebastian wants to marry Marie, but things are not going smoothly. Bash receives an unexpected gift, and Cole makes a surprising decision.
