Organizers are waiting for e-sports fans with total prizes of twelve million forints and 500 hours of sports coverage.
The third season of one of Hungary’s most prestigious esports tournaments, the K&H Hungarian National Esports Championship (K&H MNEB) has begun. Hungary’s best esports teams and players can compare their skills in 8 games, with a prize pool of HUF 12 million. The competition provides regular racing opportunities for beginners and advanced for a period of 7 months.
The spread of esports is also tangible in Hungary: the number of video players in Hungary exceeds 3.8 million, of which 540 thousand are for the esports consumer group. In this light, eSports is one of the most, if not the most, dynamic growing sports community in Hungary.
The organizers of K&H MNEB and the intermediate team Esport1 are waiting for esports players and fans with many innovations again this year. Innovations include 500 hours of sports coverage, higher broadcast quality, team and player interviews, plus live cam footage, and Match of the Day selections – plus this year, not just the players but the players in the background.
