Another star European driver may move to IndyCar

Former Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas has admitted he would like to join IndyCar after his Formula One career.

The Finn explained that his time in Formula 1 was not over yet, but he told the Kevin Clarke podcast how he is very much enjoying his time in the States.

I love the feel and the atmosphere. The experience is very good. I feel like the regulators in the US really know how to entertain people“- Tell potash.

I definitely still have a few years left in Formula 1, that’s for sure. I still feel like I have something to give to the sport.

Bottas with Daniel Ricciardo in contrast would like to qualify for IndyCar.

IndyCar is a lot of fun, but we’ll see. I don’t have to think about it much yet, but sooner or later I will.

However, a possible Sauber acquisition by Audi means that an exciting project awaits Bottas in F1, so only time will tell if he is sufficiently drawn to American expectations.
