Cordia International provides housing services in the UK through regulated housing providers Auxesia Homes and St. and public health workers and ambulance workers.
Auxesia works closely with property developers and local authorities to provide high quality, affordable housing solutions in the north of England to those affected.
Shortly before the Auxesia deal, Cordia and Matter invested in St Arthur Homes, which is also active in the structured housing sector, and Cordia also acquired a stake in the Matter Real Estate Investment Trust, which finances UK and Irish property developers’ investments.
