Vertigo Games’ action-adventure game Arizona Sunshine II, set in virtual reality, will be cross-platform playable with others.
The game comes with full cross-platform functionality, the story can be played by two people, and the horde mode can be played by four people. Building on the foundations of the first game, they designed a free-to-play co-op style. More content will be added to Arizona Sunshine II after launch: three Horde Mode courses are sure to come, more details to be announced later. Meta Quest will also have a Meta Quest 3 update, so they can play at a higher resolution, and with the update coming in December, dynamic objects will get real-time shadows.
In the fifteen-minute video, Arizona Sunshine II director Peter Derulo introduces new footage from the game, so we can see a small part of the new standalone story written by Rob Yescombe (The Invisible Hours, Farpoint), but we can also see our dog My friend, some details. We can also rely on new generation combat mechanisms, so we can reload our weapons manually, and there will also be close combat.
In the video, several VR content creators are paired together, but that doesn’t really apply to us, because we supposedly don’t know the vast majority of the people who appear. Most importantly, there is an appearance by Sky Soleil, where she voices the main character in the game and talks about it with the developers. The audio was also recorded on camera, and he was free to speak. According to the developers, his work will be prominent in telling the story of Arizona Sunshine II.
If you missed Part 1 so far, French We can make up for it with a discount of up to 80%, because both the base game and DLC are discounted on Steam, and Arizona Sunshine II Deluxe Edition got a pre-order discount, and not by coincidence, since the game’s release is not far away.
Arizona Sunshine II will be released on December 7 on PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, and For SteamVR. It’s rare to see full cross-play between VR interfaces, so Vertigo Games does a great job here.
