The protagonists of the story are Antea Duarte and Reid McRaith, who team up to hunt down the demons and spirits of the world. But after something goes wrong, Antea herself ends up in the afterlife. Red, on the other hand, doesn’t settle for this and starts desperately searching for a way to save his love.
One day, the developers surprised fans with a brand new trailer, as well as a quarter-hour game presentation. This was the show that was shown at Gamescom, but now the whole world can see it. In the video, we get a taste of the dialogues and of course the fights that Red and Antea are involved in together, but with completely different means. And at the end, we can also witness a boss fight with a rather large demon.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden still looks very promising, and has every chance of being one of the great fall games. It will premiere on November 7, and will arrive on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. But you can actually pre-order the game In Focus Entertainment’s official store.
