Small Zoo Törökmezői – Nagymaros
Located in the heart of the Börzsöny Mountains, in Törökmező, the zoo awaits families with nearly half a hundred species of animals, including exotic rare species, a petting zoo, a terrarium room and educational programmes. Mammals, birds and reptiles also live in the zoo, and you can even meet a llama or a bear with a snout. There is also a large playground and meadow on site, where on our last visit the kids ran and played ball while we ordered lunch – because hot food is also available. The excursion can be combined with the discovery of the Törökmezői Nature Trail to get to know the world of Börzsöny better. Older children can also try out the cable car at Törökmezői Adventure Park, and if you're driving in the area, it's also worth going to Julianus Lookout.

FOC Educational Track – Budapest
The Vuk Nature Trail is a 2.5 km adventure trail in the Buda Mountains that offers interactive experiences in virtual and real space. To explore the route, it's helpful to install the Digital Wanderer app before setting off, which also works in offline mode, so you can use it throughout the tour. The path is the second. It starts from Erdei Macis Játszótér in the region and returns here. The trail has a total of 12 forest stations, where we can learn more about the flora and fauna of the forest through well-known and popular characters in Istvan Feket's works. In this way, nature and culture walks are intertwined, and the digital app makes the tour more exciting with experiences such as audible animal sounds, experiences through augmented reality, or quiz questions related to the topic.
Gödöllő Arbo-Park – The forest with a thousand faces
The arboretum is located on the border between Gödöllő and Isaszeg. It was opened to the public in 1989, at which time the viewing routes, rest areas, rain shelters, built-in fire pit, stage and other service facilities were completed. In the arboretum there are 147 pine trees and open trees, and 875 leafy trees and shrubs, but we can discover not only plants, but also many small spaces, such as the fox clearing, the squirrel clearing, and the hedgehog clearing, where there is also a playground.
