Competitors from Gyula took the podium at a locally organised bowling competition.

The bowling factory in Gyula hosted the joint tournament of the Harruckern SE team and the Hungarian Special Olympics Association on September 20. In the bowling competition in Spa Town, elite athletes tested their skills in individual battles.

The field members came from several regions of the country, in addition to local competitors, among others, bowlers from Hamok, Nagykoros, Szolnok, Budapest and Nyíregyháza stood in front of the dummies. Peter NikoraThe head of the Dél-Alföld Wellness Association, which runs the bowling alley, said that the field members actually met each other as friends, because the competitors are members of an excellent community. The organizers had prepared a surprise for this very reason, as the athletes and their companions were able to discuss the events of the competition while eating a piece of delicious cake.

The Gyula team members once again defended themselves, when the results were announced, every competitor from Fürdőváros managed to stand on the podium.

Harrokern SE Results: 1st place Zoltán Szombati, 1st place Máté Krizsán, 1st place Sándor Czeglédi, 1st place László Szabó, 1st place Gergő Pluhár, 2nd place Andrea Nyikora, 2nd place János Herczeg, 3rd place Zsolt Irimiás.
