In his presentation, Robert Vibrick, president of the newly formed National Animal Welfare Board, said more and more people are becoming more and more interested in animal protection and what can be done for the animals around us. A feature of the age group from 14 to 30 years is that it stands full chest wide with a dog, an animal accompanied by a beating or torture, or a wild animal poisoned by a bullet. Everyone who wants to do this in order to protect the animal has taken on a difficult task that requires serious educational work and the formation of attitudes.

Present and future generations must be taught fair humane treatment of animals. The National Animal Welfare Board, and various educational institutions play a major role in this work, and social animal welfare institutions have a major role to play.
