A fight broke out on Tuesday between a group of conservative protesters and left-wing opposition protesters in Glendale, California, outside a school board meeting to discuss LGBT issues in the curriculum. reports Breitbart.
The history includes dozens of parents pulling students from school after the Glendale School Board decided to include LGBTQ+ Pride ceremonies and ceremonies on School Days in June – with some elementary schools only 40% of students reporting and on June 2 in class .
Additional documents revealed that Glendale teachers attempted to incorporate LGBTQ+ material and ideology into other curricula.
Protests outside the Glendale Unified School building remained relatively civil throughout the day. However, confrontations between demonstrators and opponents intensified after six in the evening.
