This small battery is the main reason why the Spring is not only cheap, but also light: its curb weight is just 984kg, which is 6kg more than the previous version.

Finally, modern driver support systems – lane keeping assistant, sign monitoring, emergency braking assistant, emergency call and fatigue monitoring – were also included in the spring.
