Donald Trump also revealed that during the debate, the candidates' microphones will be muted when their opponent speaks. He claims that this allows for a meaningful exchange of ideas between the candidates.
The two campaigns had previously disagreed over the rules of the debate. Harris's people wanted If the microphones remain on all the timeWhile the Trump campaign team insisted on the original June terms.
Candidates may not rely on notes or other supporting material during the discussion.
Trump wrote on social media. He added that ABC also gave assurances that the debate would be conducted fairly and equitably.
Earlier, Trump expressed doubts about his participation after he expressed dissatisfaction with the channel's treatment of Republican Senator Tom Cotton during an interview.
And when I saw the hostile tone, I said, 'Why am I doing this? Let's do it with another channel. But I want to do it.'

The September 10 debate is the only scheduled date between the presidential candidates, although Trump has suggested holding more debates on other channels.
