Dorogi AC's young wrestlers excelled in the Student Olympics finals on Saturday, and in the team championships on Sunday.

On October 19, Saturday, Zalaegerszej hosted the National Student Olympiad Finals in Freestyle for the U10 and U11 age groups, where the Dorog Sports Club itself was represented by 8 competitors!

results: 1st place: Tamas Ferenczi, 1st place: Milan Szatay-Jajdar, 3rd place: David Beczeli, 3rd place: Fedor Zsombor, 5th place: Vajek Çakvari.

Also on this day, Dominik Szilaje participated in an international competition in Serbia, where he won second place!

On Sunday, October 20, the city of Pécs hosted the freestyle team championship for young wrestlers. The wrestlers from Dorog defeated Team Kassi in the first round. For the second time UTE lost to the Dorogians. In the third round, the boys lost to ESMTK, but in the fourth round they managed to improve against Csepeli BC. Then the bronze medal match against Ferencvaros could follow. In a match that was intense until the last minute, they were able to enjoy a 21-20 victory for Dorog, thus ending the team championship in third place!
