Capcom held this year’s E3 conference hosted by Rachel Quirico, an e-sports personality. Quirico also conference Resident Evil: Village, which has become one of the best video games of the year so far. Village Producer Tsuyoshi Kanda thanked the game for the great support the game has received while pointing out the July launch of Resident Evil Re: Verse, the multiplayer experience that accompanies Village on all supported platforms. True, he could not offer a specific date.
The producer reminded players that those who purchased the village will automatically get multiplayer fun, so anyone who is a little tired of Lady Dimitrescu’s hospitality can cut up the bios with Jill Valentine. Or vice versa, since in Re: Verse we can even rumble as a bioweapon (we’ve already tried the game, you can read about our experiences here).
However, if you still want to roam around Romania, we have good news: Village DLC is coming. It is not yet known when nor how the story will continue, but it will come. However, the reveal of the addon with an on-screen sentence and endlessly bored presenter Tsuyoshi Kanda made this announcement one of E3’s saddest moments ever…
