However, Oliver Hortay emphasized that these do not justify a European leader placing Ukraine over the society he represents.
According to the business manager, the previous subsidies and the package just announced clearly show that it is not the European Union that Ukraine needs, but the opposite.

A Europe dependent on others cannot help anyone effectively. The business manager added that it would be good if the President of the European Commission understood this.
