Interesting information is circulating on the network, since the number of frames on a PC will not be higher than this figure when it is set on consoles.

Semi-finals – Fnatic Rising vs. Incompetent Prime Minister

If we rewind the wheel of time back to 2012 and look at how the original Ramati Dark Souls came to be on PC, this current news probably won’t cause any sadness either. Nine years ago, the program caused a serious problem for machines, and in addition to the requirements of Games For Windows Live, the maximum frame rate was only 30 frames per second (fps). Of course, the PC version of the Elden Ring will have 4K resolution, ray tracing can be turned on, and with the first update HDR will also be available, but no more than 60 frames per second will be compressed from it. On the other hand, anyone with a screen with an image refresh rate of 144Hz or better will be a little disappointed. We don’t know more about the PC line yet, but I’d happily limit the frame rate to 30fps on the Xbox One S and PlayStation 4, while the former only conjures up 1600×900 pixels, and the PS4 conjures up 1920×1080 pixels for the monitors. The Xbox One X and PS4 Pro will get 4K resolution, but perhaps not surprisingly, it will hit 30 frames per second. More powerful next-generation consoles (Series X and PS5) will have a choice between “Performance Priority Mode” and “Decision Priority Mode”. In the first option, the console is capable of 60 frames per second at a lower resolution, while in the second, 4K resolution works (for the S-series this means only 2560 x 1440 pixels), but less than one frame per second. Ray-tracing will only be supported on Series X and PS5, but at least HDR will be given to all consoles except the base Xbox One for fans.

If all goes well, then Elden Ring will be released on February 25, 2022 for these platforms. In the meantime, something to please you, a 20-minute game has been launched by the developers of the game.
