In the digital store, we can already see the data sheet of Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse, which will debut on March 16th. It will even appear on Xbox One and Xbox Series platforms.

Is the game title familiar? It’s no coincidence that it’s an old cult game that arrived in Europe in 2006, just before that abroad in 2005 for Xbox and PC. It is an action game with an outward vision. The game differs from the usual zombie games in that here we cannot control one person, but Stubbs, the undead. Moreover, our mission is not only to search for the human brain, but also to slowly build our own army of zombies. Perhaps the real success of the game was due to the frivolity and comedy, as already mentioned in the preface.

Interestingly, Bungie provided the technology for Wideload games, with the Halo Engine running under Stubbs the Zombie.

Have you played the older version? Do you think the remastered game will achieve similar success?
