If member states, on average, increased their defensive spending by 1.5 percent of GDP, it may create a financial room by about 650 billion euros in four years.
The President of the European Commission added that armed Europe can mobilize approximately 800 billion euros in defense expenditures to ensure its security and resistance, while continuing to cooperate closely with NATO.
