Family Guy targets Harry and Meghan over Netflix deal

Family Guy targets Harry and Meghan over Netflix deal

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and her husband, Prince Harry, have been mocked on Family Guy.

The former Suits actress, 42, and the royal, 39, who have son Archie, four, and daughter Lilibet, two, are being mocked in the animated comedy for making millions of pounds from Netflix for “nobody”. “Knows what.”

An episode featuring the duo aired on October 22, with the pair’s teases having since gone viral,

It sees Peter Griffin comparing himself to the Sussex couple, who have a $168 million contract with Netflix.

He announced that he would “go it alone” like Meghan and Harry, who left the UK for America in 2020.

The scene then cuts to the couple relaxing by a pool in California as the butler hands them money – telling Harry: “Sir, the millions you got from Netflix for… nobody knows what.”

The cartoon version of Harry replies: “Put her in with the rest of them.”

Meghan’s phone then went off and she told Harry: “Honey, it’s time for our daily $250,000 Del Taco sponsored Instagram post.”

“I shouldn’t have left that made up bullshit,” Harry replies.

Meghan and Harry’s first six-part Netflix series, Harry and Meghan, made headlines when it was released in 2022 and topped the Netflix Top 10 charts.

But Harry’s first solo show on Netflix, Heart of Invictus, failed to make the top 10 chart on the streaming list on the day of its release.

He and Megan were also mocked by South Park in February for their battle for “privacy.”

The film showed the couple moving to the fictional city in an attempt to avoid the limelight – with Harry releasing a book called ‘Waaagh’ and the pair embarking on a global ‘privacy tour’ to reinforce their desire to stay out of the limelight.
