Recently, both the revamped GTA trilogy and Battlefield 2042 had a difficult and scandalous start, last year’s Cyberpunk 2077 issue that comes to mind. The Big Bang at the end of 2020 has been wiped out by this, and huge patches have been created for it since Now, though, we won’t get one this year, nor the next update. Anyway, this sci-fi RPG is closely related to the Xbox platforms, as it comes with a special edition Xbox One X that we can buy. So the question is legitimate: Will Cyberpunk 2077 come to Game Pass in the near future?
reditril It all started. One gamer noted that the video announcing the extension of Xbox Cloud Gaming to Xbox consoles included a short snippet from Cyberpunk 2077. Since Cloud Gaming is available from Game Pass Ultimate, it has been speculated that yes, CD Project RED participation RPG will be included in Game Pass Sometime, even among cloud-enabled games. It would have been nice if that had happened, but Chronicle video games Editor Andy Robinson on the matter Twitter Radek Grabowski, Global PR Manager for the CD Project at RED, responded that no, there are no plans yet to make Cyberpunk 2077 compatible with Game Pass or Cloud.
The video has been around ever since Removed from official channel by Xbox, perhaps the result of Baku was that this recording remained in it (or perhaps there was something rotten?). GameSpot saved it, of course, thanks to which you can refer below. At 0:17, the part in question, which was also featured by the Reddit forum, is included in the official gameplay preview of Cyberpunk 2077 (around 3:02), only being fired by bots with other weapons. Of course, this does not prevent the game from hitting the service one day, but do not expect this in the near future! Especially since perhaps the game’s next generation update should be released first, which is currently only scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
Cyberpunk 2077 was released in 2020 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and can be played backwards in compatibility mode on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. More importantly, the CD project’s RED RPG has received more than one Game Awards nomination for 2021, so if it’s not Game of the Year, it could still be the RPG of the year.
