This is the first time an official source has confirmed that the United States is conducting offensive hacking operations in support of Ukraine in response to the Russian invasion.

The general did not explain in detail the activities, but made it clear that they were legal, taking into account the entire civilian population of the army and spoke in the ways determined by the Ministry of Defense.
