A month and a half ago, we got an app. A glimpse into what awaits us for a minute when we look at the Army of the Dead at the end of May, and now here’s our first full preview (about three minutes) that we’ll get to know a little more about the storyline directed by Zack Snyder.
For the 148-minute action, a relatively simple story is devised: There’s a $ 200 million vault in Las Vegas under the tape, available for 32 hours for a team mostly ex-soldiers led by Scott Ward, played by Dave. Bautista. The twist is that we’re in the middle of a zombie epidemic, and Las Vegas is full of them (and these zombies are fast, cunning, and organized!). And not just with the previous ones, even a nasty zombie tiger appears in the preview!

The people of the Internet have formed again …
Zack Snyder has once again turned to the well proven method of his initial setup: Lots of idle and lag, cool settings and of course country, this time in style from Kenny Rogers to Gambler (= gambler). Yup, that sounds pretty rubbish to me, it looks like it might be a good idea.
This isn’t the first time Snyder has directed a zombie movie, as he also had his first major hit with a piece of the genre, the Dawn of the Dead edition nearly two decades ago. Dave Bautista also appears to be a good pick for the role because the former wrestler can be believed as a tough guy and a good captain. Not coincidentally, we have known since Endless War that he has already mastered the ability to become invisible, which will definitely be useful in this job as well.
The movie will be available on Netflix from May 21, 2021.
