Sometime in the not-too-distant future, the Huawei Nova 12 series may debut, and while we’ve already seen images of the devices, now thanks to a leaker, we can get a closer look at the back of the base model. The mobile will be equipped with three image recording units, one of which will be surrounded by an LED light ring. The design is familiar but new.
Compared to the previous images, this render shows a slightly different camera setup. This does not necessarily mean that the person who has broadcast the information and images so far is wrong, as the design of the smartphone may change several times during development.
The camera island is similar to the one used in the case of the Nova 11 series, the main camera is surrounded by a large golden circle, but the location of the other photo recorders is actually different from what we have seen so far.
The render clearly shows that the power button is protruding, so it will not be suitable for biometric identification, i.e. the Nova 12 may come with an OLED display and a built-in fingerprint reader. According to reports, the Huawei Nova 12 series will debut with a total of three smartphones.
The mobile phones could be powered by a new chipset developed in-house, with a 5G modem. You can expect faster charging – the Huawei Nova 11 is currently capable of 67W – and more advanced front and rear cameras.
