Contrary to previous rumours, anti-boost protection has now been activated on Valorant servers. Hopefully this will lead to fairer matches.
2023.09.19.– Valorant developers at the end of the summer are particularly satisfied to update Delivered. We actually started the season without a new agent or path arriving, and the number of new items was also small. Well, this time there is no doubt about it at all, practically everything has been shaped by Riot Games developers. So much so that the first days and weeks can be about finding a new definition for both beginners and professional players.
Over 11 Valorant customers have been affected by the changes, which can mostly be seen as vulnerabilities. Sometimes, the number of points/orbs needed to activate the final level was increased by the development team, and sometimes adapted to specific abilities. Jett fans can feel sad again this time, as they have weakened the favorite of many on several levels. Then, of course, we must not forget the new path. Sunset promotes a smaller map pool, while Riot Games has focused on gunplay. Thanks to this, there are no additional mechanics in the new location, and Valorant fans can only rely on precise aiming.

Despite previous rumours, update 7.05 did not bring an end to the boost. Luckily, As of the upcoming 7.06 update, only Rising (or higher) ranked players can now invite Platinum or better players to the lobby. Therefore, Valorant developers will create a barrier to paid and free boosting services. Of course, this will only be true for the game’s competitive mode, and Unrated will still be able to spin carefree. We wouldn’t be without a new pack either, this time an oriental-inspired pack will arrive in the game:
