Last December, the Special Prosecutor's Office brought charges against two people on charges of accepting bribes and bribery. Through corruption, they wanted the Slovak Land Fund Board to approve land leases in the Dunaszerdahely region through a speedy procedure, and for the Slovak Land Fund officials to sign the contracts for the companies that subsequently managed these lands.
The prosecution alleges that in one case a bribe amounting to 120,000 euros was obtained. In the other case, the amount of 50 thousand euros and the right to use the fishing area were the subject of corruption.
Gabor Gabor denies the accusations from the first moment and claims that he is innocent.
It is not the first time that various information has been circulated about me from so-called repentants, which after a comprehensive investigation turned out to be slander.
He said in May 2022.
He filed a complaint against this procedure and later tried to have the case dropped. However, the Public Prosecution considered the investigators’ evidence convincing Our day Slovak newspaper.
