Birdo – Bird Photographer of the Year is currently the only photo competition in Hungary where birds are the main characters. Its goal is to expand the circle of people who love and protect birds. This year, the overall grand prize winner of the competition, holder of the title of Bird Photographer of the Year 2023, was nature photographer Csaba Daróczi, and Tamás Kuncz-Piesztrich won the title of Young Bird Photographer of the Year 2023. The exhibition made of tender material can be visited at the Capital Zoo and Botanical Garden until mid January.
