PROGMASTERS again sent the information technology sector. The Training Center requested a total of 601, software developers, manual and automatic laboratories or as an application operator, 160 of them (26.6 %) were answered. From 700 thousand HUF to 1.4 million forints

The income available in the IT sector is much higher than the average (the total salary of about 728,000 HUFs published by HCSO in February this year), which was confirmed by the survey.

The average monthly salary for all respondents since 2017 is 1.003 million HUF (according to a similar research by Progmasters in September, the average salary was still 913 thousand HUF).

In the information technology sector, salaries rise rapidly:

However, according to the research, the salary is not the primary consideration of switching to jobs: 49.3 percent said that they were not in the first place a salary, while the additional defendants (21 percent) of the respondents will be ready to leave their current job at least 30 percent. Thanks to the continuous professional development, 58.7 percent of all respondents reached the average or higher position, but the percentage is 95 percent for at least four years (52 percent of graduates at least four years ago and 43 percent of the elderly).

The research also mentioned the percentage of graduates currently working abroad or from Hungary abroad in the IT project abroad. 5 per cent of all participants work abroad, while a third, 33.5 percent of the house works. However, the international profession can be an option for a broader scale: 76 percent of respondents who have at least a professional experience at least two years who think it will have the opportunity to work in a company abroad or abroad with their current experience and experience. The survey also revealed that a third (33.1 percent) of graduates regularly use artificial intelligence during their daily work.

The poll also asked how the number of information technology workers has been developed over the past 12 months for the participants. 40 percent of the respondents say the number of people working in it increased over the past year, as 43.8 percent of the recession decreased or their development, while 16.2 percent of the respondents decreased.
