According to the documents sent to the company court, the owner increased the company's capital by 4,532 billion forints in the company last year, the amount of “four billion five hundred and thirty-two billion and fifteen million” is written in the company's founding document. In addition to the capital, the company also has a debt of 2,002 billion forints, but this amount also comes from himself, i.e. the sole shareholder, which means that the same person invested more than 6,500 billion forints in various forms in the company. The businessman also owns another company with the same structure, which was converted from a limited company to a joint stock company only at the end of last year, namely Brasil Államkötvény Hasznosító Zrt., whose assets exceed those of Donor Zrt by HUF 400 billion. Its capital was increased by HUF 5.099 billion at the end of last year and it owes “only” HUF 1.857 billion to the owner. All the money was placed in Brazilian government bonds. If the two companies really own such a large amount of Brazilian bonds, their owner must be one of Brazil’s largest creditors: the assets of the two companies represent almost 2.5% of the South American country’s total debt.
