Peter Sramek on his childhood He told me In a recent interview with Story. The singer grew up in Vágselly, and to this day there are many photos and relics of him in his family home. As he puts it, he loved living there, but over the years he felt that the small town wouldn't be able to give him the career he really wanted. He has a great relationship with his brother despite the distance.
When my younger brother and I were children, we would tease each other whether we had to or not. We fought, we argued, and then my mother made it right. We enjoyed being able to put something on the other. Our relationship was never bad, and we still have a very good one. Everyone has their own life, but the bond between us is close. Martin doesn’t speak Hungarian, but of course that doesn’t stop him.
Family is very important to the singer from the Highlands, and according to him, he owes a lot to his parents who supported him in everything. He admitted that for this reason, if he receives an award, he always asks for two copies of the award if possible: he gives one to his parents and keeps one for himself.
“There were always a lot of pictures of me and my brother, and that was very important to my mother. But at the same time, I didn’t like seeing myself in those pictures again, because I didn’t like the extra weight I had gained. Fortunately, I have now found a way, thanks to which I have lost my excess.” He added.
