The chat on Facebook's browser interface has been behaving strangely since Friday morning. He stated that there is a solution to the error HVG.
For those who have accessed their Facebook at any time since the morning and then started a written conversation on the chat, after the connection ends, they find that they cannot close it with the X button in the upper right corner of the chat window.
It is possible to have multiple conversations, but no window can be closed. The easiest way to close chat windows is to close the application completely, i.e. exit Facebook.
The flaw exists in Facebook's system, and it's not just an annoyance. Even with one window open, there is an issue that the conversation blocks the list of other chat partners.
This way, we can open as many of our contacts from the right bar as the slider on the right allows. If you already have two chat windows open, Messenger will cover part of your Facebook feed.
In its article, HVG points out how inexperienced users can exit Messenger with a few clicks without having to close the entire application:
- Every now and then I press the usual ikx, i.e. after updating to facebook.com, it quickly clicks that it works.
- Move the mouse to the lower right corner of the screen so that a menu item with three dots appears next to the open chat window. Tap it, then tap the top caption: Close all chats. All chat windows will then be closed.
- If you just want to close a Messenger conversation, click on it, and when the window is active, press the Escape key (Esc) in the upper-right corner of your keyboard.
No statement has been received on when the user experience will be completed.
