Many smaller internet browsers offer subscription options – for example, to automatically filter ads or to ensure our online habits remain private – however, in the case of larger companies, there has been no significant example of giving users something extra in exchange for a subscription – until now.
And because Google thought it was time to get more money,
That's why they launched the subscription version of Google Chrome, the most popular browser in the world, Chrome Enterprise Premium.
The good news is that the subscription model is currently only available to large enterprise customers, but the bad news is that it is believed that it will appear in basic Chrome over time.
Of course, the subscription is not mandatory, but in return, Google currently offers additional lines of defense, protection against data loss, and more effective malware detection. Prepare Plus filters phishing sites more effectively for Enterprise Premium members.
Additionally, company administrators can manage Chrome's behavior in a more detailed list, and they get more data to see what data criminals have access to during a potential cyberattack — and what routes they could have taken.
