Athletes of the University of Veszprém Sports Club continue to actively participate in competitions in which they perform successfully on a regular basis.
Recently, the Ironman Italia Emilia Romagna competition was held in Italy, which consists of 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and 42.2 km of running, in which Janos Abony also started, and finally completed his first Ironman in his life with a time of 12:51:46.
Veszprém residents also successfully participated in short-distance and sprint competitions, winning many medals. But it is worth mentioning the 12th ATOM race, as well as the Balatonfondo cycling race, which also did not miss competitors from the Veszprém University Sports Club.
