Tonight the Islanders carry an unexpected two-game winning streak into the first of a six-game winning streak on Long Island. The visitors, the San Jose Sharks, had a terrible start to the season, but have settled down a bit since then, to the point where they could surprise some teams, and are sure to frustrate the Islanders.
