Nowadays, huge wind power plants and turbines that soar into the sky multiply like mushrooms, and their production, transmission and assembly is a daunting task.

The turbine blades are typical bulky cargoes, a meticulously planned trajectory is required to get them to their destination, and it is impossible to get around with a fifty-meter load in tight turns. However, sometimes it is necessary, if the installation is carried out on a mountain ridge, to somehow get the giant component there.

This is when creative ideas come in handy, such as the shipping method used in China. They simply highlight the blade with a length of 50-60 meters, giving it a very peculiar and unique sight when in motion. The way this shipment arrives is practically incomparable to anything else, but this is already a well-established procedure in China.

The payload is equipped with a unique traction device, in which a 360-degree rotating chair is placed in the back of the wind turbine blade conveyor, to which the component, sometimes up to 70 meters in length, is attached.

This part has a separate operator sitting in the small “nest” at the back, the task of which is to set the blade in the correct position in critical places.
