Samsung’s latest Unpacked event wasn’t without its products: we got bendable smartphones, smartwatches, a smart ring, and wireless earbuds. Samsung’s high-end tablets are usually set to debut in the summer, but their unveiling has been delayed. Thankfully, it’s Robot body Thanks to us, we know that the Galaxy Tab S10 models will also be introduced this year.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 was launched last August, but it's not yet known when exactly the Galaxy Tab S10 models will be released. Samsung has confirmed that before the end of the year.
So, the tablets should arrive in December at the latest, alongside the long-rumored Galaxy S24 FE smartphone, about a month before the Galaxy S25 series is unveiled. Robot bodyA Samsung employee did not reveal anything about the specifications of the upcoming tablets, but according to some reports, at least one of the models may come with a MediaTek chipset inside.
Anyway, not long ago, the US version of the Galaxy Tab S10+ was spotted with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor inside, which reinforces these initial reports. Rumors have been circulating lately that the Galaxy Tab S10 series will not have a base model (just the Plus and Ultra), but not everyone shares that opinion, so it's still fluid.
However, it is certain that if the Galaxy Tab S10 tablets are released before the end of this year, they will likely run Android 15 out of the box, with One UI 7.0 on top. It is not yet known whether Samsung will also provide seven years of software support for these models, but since they are high-end devices, we are betting that they will.
By the way, most people are happy with the Galaxy Tab S9 series, but there is clearly still room for improvement. For example, there are quite a few people who would like to see the Ultra's sensor island removed, and there are also those who would benefit from more advanced rear cameras. Samsung DeX is also a great addition, but its capabilities could still be improved, and a switch to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 connector would also be welcome.
