The republic’s outgoing president, Janos Ader, has terminated the Hungarian citizenship of eight people at the same time, according to a recent issue of Magyar Közlöny magazine.
Article 9 of the Basic Law and Law LV of 1993 on Hungarian Citizenship. Pursuant to Article 9 of the Act, the Head of State has withdrawn the citizenship of the following persons on the proposal of the Minister responsible for the Prime Minister’s Office:
