Kadyrov: Tactics have become Russia, and now they are in fact revolving only in the offensive

In recent days, even according to Western sources, the Russian offensive has erupted in the Donbass, in part because Russian forces destroy nearly every settlement where a Ukrainian military presence might be present before marching with ground forces to occupy it.

Ramzan Kadyrov now wrote on his social page that Defense Minister Sergei Soigo “developed a tactic that will significantly accelerate the offensive maneuvers of special operations.”

In addition, Sogo praised Kadyrov’s men for their “success in combating banditry.”

The Russians call all Ukrainian fighters “guerrillas”, “special operation”, a military attack on Ukraine.

Kadyrov also wrote earlier that Russian special forces are training Chechen volunteers as an important part of offensive operations against Ukraine. If true, CUDAR paints a picture of the effectiveness of Russian special forces training methods, as some Chechen fighters can’t even use a reticle on their guns, or they’ll have their AKs in the warehouse.
