Conquering the stars is not an easy process. The developers of the Kerbal Space 2 program had a big dream, but they still needed a lot of time to implement it, so they set a new release date for next year.
Kerbal Space 2 was first announced in 2019, and since then has promised to release it every year and then postpone it every year – accordingly, the last promise was for 2022. However, we learned from the recent announcement of Intercept games, which are specially created For game development, it also won’t integrate: it’s currently targeting the start of 2023.
And that only applies to the PC look, as we know from Nate Simpson, the game’s creative director, because the console versions are landing even later. Simpson said that they embarked on a very complex task of bringing together a world more exciting and broader than the previous part, all of which should be surrounded by beautiful graphics and smooth performance across multiple devices. And it takes time, but the development team is very grateful for the support and patience of the fans.
Kerbal Space will be released for two consoles, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
