At the beginning of the school year, Giorgi Dragoman always remembers the cover page of the booklet of letters he received from a teacher a few years ago.

“Here to start school again. This time I always remember this gift, I received it two years ago, the first page of the letter booklet, written by the class with my teacher, thus encouraging the little ones to read,” the writer posted on Facebook. On the page, his sentence can be read in children’s writing:

“We cannot live a life without having to read for half an hour a day.”

Since then, as far as the writer knows, the sentence has appeared in many places in schools, written on blackboards and in brochures.

Dragoman now confirms this, slightly modifying his content: “If we had half an hour to read a day, our lives would be different.”
