Mick Jagger will not leave his $500 million fortune to his children: there is a compelling reason

Mick Jagger, 80, has stated that the band has no plans to sell the rights to the band, and that he does not believe his children will need the huge sum that will come from the sales.

“Children don’t need $500 million (more than 186 billion Hungarian forints) to live well. Come on.” Jagger said in a new interview. The musician had 8 children with five women: Carys, 52, Jade, 51, Elizabeth, 39, Georgia May, 31, James, 38, 25. Gabrielle, 24-year-old Luca and 6-year-old Devereaux.

Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Sir Mick recently spoke about using his fortune for charity.

“Maybe you’ll do some good in the world.” He said he shared.

Elsewhere in the interview, he talked about how artificial intelligence and other technological advances mean the Stones could live long after he and his bandmates die.
