Microsoft is already working on a newly discovered bug with the Xbox Series S / X consoles

The generation change happened last fall, and the lucky ones had access to new consoles even in the midst of an inventory shortage. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S featured some new game controllers with reported issues. There have been complaints about drift and trigger on the PS5, and not a single complaint about unresponsive buttons on Xbox. However, Microsoft is already working on the problem.

The problem was, or is said, that simply nothing happens when certain buttons are pressed (the most common “Y”), and it turns out that this is not a unique product defect or a manufacturing defect that has appeared both Xbox and PC users. Microsoft said the following IGN America To inquire about the topic:

“Here at Microsoft, all of our products are subject to serious and comprehensive quality control, and we are committed to providing our customers with a gaming experience never before seen anywhere else. We know some users have discovered that the new Xbox Wireless Controller is unresponsive. [a gombnyomásra]Our team is already working actively to solve the problem. In order for a change to be made, Microsoft recommends that you visit the Xbox support page if you encounter similar issues.

It is not yet known if this is a purely software problem or a partial hardware issue. We hope Microsoft will find a solution as soon as possible, because for example, “Y” without problems is difficult to play in most games.
