The Hungarian Association for Innovation organized the official opening ceremony for the ambassadors of the 32nd National Olympiad of Science and Innovation in a round table discussion on November 21, 2022, in the Eszter Hall of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Pécs.

The discussion was moderated by Gabor Ivanka, President of MAFITUD.
The 32 OTIO Ambassadors presented themselves at the event, Sára Janka Molnár (third prize winner of the 24th Science and Innovation Talent Search) and Miklós Zsigó (first prize winner of the 28th Youth Talent Search), but actually Blanka will appear Novak (1st prize winner of the 27th Youth Science and Innovation Talent Search) and Tamas Lover (3rd prize winner of the 27th Science and Innovation Talent Search) also through a video. The OTIO Ambassador Diplomas were presented by Dr. Zoltan Birkner and Dr. Janos Backus delivered it in a ceremonial setting.
During the conversation, we learned, among other things, that Janos Backus founded the competition in 1991, that the NKFIH led by Zoltan Birkner wholeheartedly supports the National Science and Innovation Olympiad, as well as how much this competition affects young people. . Janka considers it one of the best decisions in her life that she has implemented in years, and emphasized that she considers science, spreading knowledge, and creating value as her mission. Miklós touched on the fact that science is really exciting, and being smart is cool, and this cannot be stressed enough.
