The much-anticipated Pikmin 4 is finally coming to the Nintendo Switch and will be released sometime in 2023.

Interestingly, the trailer really does offer a new perspective on Pikmin – it shows it from close to Earth for the first time.
“The Nintendo Switch has made the game easy to control, which means we can focus on the core gameplay of Pikmin.” Miyamoto said.
“This is called Dandori in Japanese, which means strategic planning, deployment and management of Pikmin.”
This isn’t much information at the moment, but the fact that Pikmin 4 will ever be released is cause for celebration among fans.
Pikmin 4’s release window 2023 means that a full decade has passed between major releases – it’s only been beaten by Hey! It was interrupted by the release of Pikmin for the Nintendo 3DS and the 2021 mobile game Pikmin Bloom from Niantic, the creator of Pokémon Go.
