The Boston Red Sox of the North American Major League Baseball will be the first MLB team to feature a single-season series. The partnership has signed one of the most popular streaming services, Netflix, which will accompany the nine-time World Series-winning team throughout the 2024 season and give an exclusive look into the locker room, coaches and executives running the franchise. This is a huge marketing move by the Red Sox, exposing the team's operations to a global audience and endearing baseball to sports fans around the world.

Netflix is making another documentary about the 2004 Red Sox team, because the Red Sox made history that season, becoming the first team in 86 years to come back from a 3-0 deficit on the 20th anniversary.
