More and more iPhone 16 Pro and 15 Pro images are leaking – can you tell which one?
Leaker Majin Bu is back with another iPhone 16 Pro doll to show how different it is from its predecessor, the iPhone 15 Pro. The Apple iPhone 16 Pro is expected to have a 6.3-inch display, which will be larger than the iPhone 15 Pro's 6.1-inch display. While the increase in size won't be as dramatic, as the newly leaked images show, it's significant enough to be noticeable.
Unlike the previously leaked dummies, this one has a display, but since it's likely a non-functional display, we won't be able to see the slimmer bezels of the device, which will be made possible thanks to the Boundary Reducing Structure (BRS) technology.
One image shows that the iPhone 16 Pro's cameras are larger than the Pro's sensor, confirming rumors that at least one of the sensors is thicker compared to the current setup.
The new phone will reportedly get two new cameras: a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto lens in the iPhone 15 Pro Max with 5x optical zoom and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. These sensors will likely help make the device a worthy successor to its predecessor and one of the best camera phones of 2024.
The rumored capture button can also be seen in the images. It is expected to feature a mechanical button with touch sensitivity, giving users the same physical control as a dedicated camera. The button will act as a regular shutter button and can be used to change the zoom level.
Although there are a number of changes spread across the device, the overall appearance of the iPhone 16 Pro is similar to the iPhone 15 Pro, and at first glance you may not be able to tell them apart. In addition to a larger screen and new cameras, the iPhone 16 Pro is expected to get a more powerful chip and a slightly larger battery.
