F1 2021 will be released on July 16, and will be the first F1 video game to be jointly produced by EA and Codemasters.
The game’s creators are trying to keep up with the changes affecting Formula 1, so that we can circle Formula 1 in Imola, Portimao and Saudi Arabia in 2021.
There will be a new mode in the game called “Braking Point”. Players can play a story here that progresses from F2 to F1.
According to the makers, “In game mode, competitors can savor the racing world, both on and off the field. They can experience competition, commitment and passion at the highest level.” The story also features a fictional rival, Devon Butler.
In the My Team game mode, players can still manage their team this year. At least seven former competitors will be available in My Team, whose identities will be announced at a later time.
Another innovation is that in Career Mode it will be possible to have two players at the same time, so we can play online with one of our teammates. If that wasn’t enough, we can also start a career with a world championship schedule equal to the real job.
F1 2021 will be available on Play Station 5, Xbox X / S, Play Station 4, Xbox One and PC.
