New Maps: Russian assault forces may have fallen into a trap, Ukrainians may have surrounded several units

A few days ago, Russian forces launched an offensive to drive Ukrainian units that had invaded the Kursk region from Russia. The reinforced Russian forces have also shown success, as their offensive, which began from the west, has meant gaining a significant amount of territory.

In the north, according to the latest DeepState classification, at the same time as the Russian counterattack Ukrainian forces achieved minor success and surrounded the Russian forces defending Krymjannoye.

They have recently managed to completely surround the group in the village, but there are occasional successful attempts to storm the area with weapons.

Russian advance begins from the west In the past few days, he has pushed Ukrainian forces from their positions near the Sim River and retaken Visnevka and Snagust, among other areas. (According to Russian sources, Abanasovka and Lyubimovka also fell into Russian hands.)

The aim of these units appears to be to kick-start the Russian offensive. Here’s what it looks like, according to pro-Ukrainian cartographers:
